What makes you a "Divine Woman in Business? ✨What is your story?


As the CEO and Founder of a professional women's association, business strategist, and multi-book author, my journey reflects the embodiment of a Divine Woman in Business.


While living in a homeless shelter in New York twenty-three years ago, I started my journey of becoming an entrepreneur, despite the challenges I was currently facing. I was determined to provide a better life for my family.


Over the years, I've not only defied the odds but have also made it my mission to

"empower and uplift other women". Through my leadership, I've facilitated the growth of thousands of women-owned businesses, serving as a resource for aspiring women in business. 


My story of tenacity and resilience shows that every woman has the potential to achieve greatness. Through my role as the CEO of a women's business association, I continue to foster a community of support, knowledge-sharing, and relationship building. As a business strategist, I leverage my experiences to provide practical insights, giving others the ability to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Additionally, my commitment to empowering women extends beyond the professional arena, as I share my personal experiences through my various books.

"What is a story of strength, survival or hardship you have overcome and what did that teach you?


From homelessness in a New York City shelter 23 years ago with two young daughters to becoming the CEO of a women's business association with members world-wide, my story is one of strength and survival.

My story is a testament to my transformation, proving that even in the darkest moments, strength can lead you into the light.


"What advice would you give to other women to succeed as "Divine Women" in their lives?"


1. Leadership: Embrace the leader within you by staying true to your values and empowering those around you. An example from my life is my commitment to the diverse women in my association. Remembering that each member is unique in their own way, we can grow as a collective.

2. Business development: Cultivate a mindset of continuous learning and seize opportunities for innovation. Remember that leaders are always learning.

In my experience leveraging online platforms early was an advantage, however, I took time to learn each new platform to continue to provide quality services to my communities.


3. Not Giving Up: In our community, we do not believe in this term. You can pause, but do not give up. Persevere through challenges with determination and understanding that setbacks are not roadblocks but stepping stones towards a bigger goal.


During my time in the shelter, I refused to succumb to circumstances, using my resources and entrepreneurial skills as a lifeline to build a better future for my family, proving that I can overcome even the most challenging situations. Now I can share my testimony to assist others.


Women especially are wired to think of everyone else but themselves, but your best work will come when you’ve taken care of your needs. It’s like how you need to put your oxygen mask on an airplane first, then help others! - ShaChena Gibbs ✨✨
