The Elemental Journey of Becoming

A woman’s path from wound to awakening

This poetic journey follows a sacred progression through four elemental stages of healing.

Each element represents a phase of awakening, guiding the movement from

pain toward power and wholeness.

Air – The Awakening

Theme: Breath • Voice • Truth • Awareness • Mental Liberation

What this stage represents:

The moment she realizes something is wrong. The first breath after suffocation. Awareness of abuse, pain, silence, or internal struggle. Finding her voice. Naming truth. Seeing clearly.

  • Breaking silence

  • Mental fog lifting

  • Realizing her worth

From silence → voice

Water – The Cleansing

What this stage represents:

She begins rebuilding. Standing again. Reconnecting to her body, her worth, her ancestry, her truth. Learning safety. Creating stability. Trusting herself. Becoming rooted and unshakable.
