Media, Coaching & Visibility Ecosystem

Welcome, and thank you for choosing to be part of the Divine Women in Business™ Media and Leadership Ecosystem.

These Terms & Conditions govern all media placements, editorial features, sponsorships, visibility packages, coaching, mentorship, leadership programs, and transformational services offered through Divine Women in Business™.

By submitting payment, signing a Media Placement Agreement, accepting an invoice, or enrolling in any Divine Women in Business™ offering, you agree to the terms outlined on this page in full.

1. Media Placement Services

Divine Women in Business™ provides editorial placement, brand visibility, and promotional exposure through print, digital, and media platforms. All services are subject to editorial standards, creative direction, and production timelines.

No guarantees are made regarding business growth, revenue, audience reach, leads, or specific performance outcomes. While we deeply care about client satisfaction and impact, results may vary based on market conditions, participation, and individual execution.

Divine Women in Business™ may utilize global email campaigns, promotional strategies, and media distribution channels, including campaigns reaching 50,000+ global contacts annually, to support brand visibility and editorial reach. Distribution and engagement results are not guaranteed.

2. Payment Policy

All media placement fees, coaching fees, sponsorships, and program fees are due in full prior to publication, scheduling, or access to services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once placement is confirmed, editorial or coaching work has begun, access has been granted, or distribution has been scheduled.

Credits, rescheduling, or placement transfers may be issued solely at the discretion of Divine Women in Business™ and are not guaranteed.

Payment plans remain binding regardless of participation level or program completion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all required materials and participation, including but not limited to:

Business or brand name
High-resolution logo
Professional headshot
Approved bio or brand description
Completed onboarding forms or questionnaires (if applicable)

All materials and information must be submitted by stated deadlines to ensure timely placement, publication, or coaching support.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of all submitted materials.

4. Editorial Rights

Divine Women in Business™ reserves full editorial discretion over layout, formatting, headlines, structure, and presentation to maintain publication standards, brand integrity, and creative direction.

5. Content Rights & Usage

Clients grant Divine Women in Business™ a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote submitted materials, images, likeness, voice, and brand assets across print, digital, social, broadcast, and media platforms for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes.

This license survives termination or completion of services.

6. Failure to Submit Materials

If required materials are not submitted by the stated deadline, including but not limited to March 15th for publication placements, Divine Women in Business™ reserves the right to:

Use placeholder content
Reschedule placement
Proceed without refund

7. Sponsorship & Visibility Packages

Sponsorships, visibility packages, and leadership features provide promotional exposure, brand positioning, and strategic visibility within the Divine Women in Business™ Ecosystem.

These offerings do not constitute partnerships, employment, equity arrangements, joint ventures, or revenue-sharing agreements.

8. Coaching, Mentorship & Transformational Services

Sacred Path of SHE™, Sacred Soul Success™, and all coaching, mentorship, leadership, spiritual, and brand advisory services are provided for educational, inspirational, and professional development purposes only. These services do not constitute therapy, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical services.

Clients acknowledge that results vary based on individual effort, mindset, circumstances, and market conditions. Divine Women in Business™ does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, healing outcomes, personal transformation, or audience growth.

Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in any coaching, mentorship, or visibility program.

9. Coaching Process & Professional Boundaries

Coaching services may include, but are not limited to:

One-on-one sessions
Group sessions
Strategic and brand guidance
Leadership and visibility development
PR, Media, Spiritual and mindset-based support

All coaching relationships are professional in nature and do not create a fiduciary, therapeutic, legal, financial, or medical advisory relationship.

Divine Women in Business™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client who engages in abusive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior, without obligation to provide a refund.

10. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the timeframe of their purchased package or agreement.
Missed sessions or no-shows without at least 24 hours written notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
All services and packages must be used within the agreed service period and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

11. Confidentiality & Community Spaces

All private sessions, group programs, and community spaces are intended to be confidential, respectful, and safe environments.

Clients agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or share private calls, materials, participant information, or community content without written consent from Divine Women in Business™ and all involved parties.

Divine Women in Business™ reserves the right to remove any participant who violates confidentiality, community guidelines, or standards of respectful engagement, without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All publications, coaching materials, frameworks, brand systems, session content, workbooks, rituals, methods, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Women in Business™.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license for personal and internal business use only.

Materials may not be reproduced, resold, sublicensed, taught, published, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Divine Women in Business™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or business-related damages arising from participation in media placements, coaching, sponsorships, visibility programs, or promotional services.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Spiritual & Personal Development Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that spiritual, mindset, and personal development work may involve emotional, energetic, or psychological experiences.

Clients agree to seek appropriate professional support from licensed therapists, medical providers, or legal and financial advisors when needed and release Divine Women in Business™ from any liability related to emotional, mental, personal, or life outcomes.

15. Agreement & Acceptance

By submitting payment, signing an agreement, accepting an invoice, or participating in any Divine Women in Business™ service, program, or visibility offering, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
