In the Spotlight: Osiris Wichman’s Journey of Faith and Perseverance

Updated: Jan 15

What makes you a "Divine Woman in Business? ✨What is your story?

I’m a divine woman in business because I don’t move without God. I stepped into the financial services industry and quickly climbed the ranks within 90 days of becoming a Vice President, I was already being recognized. But right at the height of my success, God spoke to me.

He told me He had better plans. It was painful to walk away from something I worked so hard for, but I chose obedience. I trusted His plan more than my own.

My story is proof that when you surrender your will to God’s, He’ll turn your pain into power and your obedience into overflow.

At the time, I had just given birth to my second child, my daughter. I was battling postpartum depression and silently carrying so much. But in that season of breaking, I found restoration. God led me back to my love for law and writing gifts I had buried but never truly lost.

Now, I study common law, something I never imagined for myself. I’m also an investor another door I never thought I’d walk through. But that’s what happens when you let faith lead. God has placed me in rooms I never thought I belonged in, but now I walk in boldness, knowing I’m not there by accident. I’m there by assignment.

"What is a story of strength, survival or hardship you have overcome and what did that teach you?

After having the conversation of getting promoted to Vice President in the financial industry. God told me to walk away. I had just given birth to my second child and was quietly battling postpartum depression. It felt like everything was falling apart. But in that painful season, I rediscovered my love for law and writing and found a deeper trust in God.

That experience taught me that real strength is found in surrender. Obedience may cost you comfort, but it leads you straight into purpose.

"What advice would you give to other women to succeed as "Divine Women" in their lives?"

1. Stay Spirit Led, Not Emotion Led.

Your emotions are valid, but they aren't always accurate. Let God lead your decisions not fear, not pressure, not insecurity. Divine success starts with divine direction.

2. Know When to Surrender and When to Stand.

There’s strength in knowing when to let go and when to fight. Surrender to God's plan, but stand firm in your identity, values, and purpose. Both are acts of power.

3. Protect Your Peace and Purpose.

Not every opportunity is divine. Learn to discern. Keep your mind clear, your heart guarded, and your spirit aligned. Peace is a powerful compass.
